Shipping Policy

Your order will be shipped within 3-7 business day. You will receive a shipping confirmation via email with delivery details. Delivery timing is estimated from the time your order is placed. All orders are processed Monday through Friday, excluding holidays. Deliveries are made Monday to Friday from 9am - 9pm. An adult signature will be required upon delivery. LA’GUAN BESPOKE ONLINE cannot be held responsible for any unanticipated delivery delays beyond LA’GUAN BESPOKE ONLINE control.

 

• Pre-Orders, and Made to Order items will ship on the estimated date noted on the product description page. These items will ship through Express once they become available.

How can I track my order status?

Once your item(s) have shipped you will receive a confirmation email where you will find a link to track your order. In order to check the status of your shipment just click on the link, there you will also have the option of opting in for text updates. You will receive an email confirmation once your order has been delivered.

If you need further assistance tracking your package, please contact USPS directly at 1-800-275-8777 and provide your tracking number.

Is a signature required upon delivery of my order?

For security reasons, an adult signature is required upon delivery. If you will be unavailable to sign for your package, Contact Us and a client advisor will arrange to have your order held at a nearby USPS location for pickup.

USPS will make a total of three delivery attempts on three consecutive business days. After the third attempt, your order will be returned to our warehouse.
